Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau or Power BI.
- Extract, clean, and transform large datasets from various sources using SQL and Python.
- Conduct in-depth statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Create comprehensive reports and data stories to communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the product and marketing teams to define key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Maintain data models and ensure data accuracy across the organization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Expert proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and data visualization tools.
- Strong programming skills in Python or R is a plus.
- Experience with ETL processes and data warehousing concepts.
- Excellent communication skills to translate technical data into business value.
