Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end data pipelines using SQL, Python, and cloud technologies
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations for executive stakeholders
- Lead A/B testing frameworks for product optimization initiatives
- Present data-driven insights to cross-functional teams including engineering and product
- Develop predictive models to forecast market trends and customer behavior
- Maintain data governance frameworks ensuring compliance with CCPA and GDPR
- Mentor junior analysts through weekly technical workshops
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis with proven SQL expertise
- Proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy) and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and ETL processes
- Strong statistical analysis background with experimental design knowledge
- Excellent communication skills translating complex data to business stakeholders
