Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain complex data models and ETL pipelines to support business intelligence requirements.
- Visualize complex datasets and create interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI to drive executive decision-making.
- Perform deep-dive statistical analysis and predictive modeling to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, and Marketing to define data requirements.
- Communicate findings and insights to stakeholders through clear, compelling presentations and reports.
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and accuracy across all reporting systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or data science roles.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Snowflake) for data extraction and manipulation.
- Strong programming skills in Python or R for advanced analytics.
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical jargon for non-technical audiences.
