Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and visualization tools to identify trends and opportunities
- Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Design and implement A/B testing frameworks to measure product performance
- Collaborate with engineering teams to optimize data pipelines and ensure data quality
- Present findings to leadership with clear, actionable recommendations
- Mentor junior analysts and establish best practices for data governance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis with SQL proficiency
- Expertise in Python (Pandas, NumPy) and R statistical programming
- Strong experience with data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Experience in fintech or SaaS industry preferred
- Certification in Google Analytics or AWS Data Analytics a plus
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate technical insights
