Responsibilities
- Advanced Data Mining & Modeling: Design, develop, and maintain complex data models and algorithms to support business intelligence initiatives and predictive analytics.
- Dashboard Development: Create intuitive, interactive, and visually compelling dashboards using Tableau or Power BI to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and present findings to stakeholders.
- SQL & Database Management: Write optimized SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze large datasets from various sources, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, engineers, and marketing teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions.
- Statistical Analysis: Conduct in-depth statistical analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Reporting: Produce comprehensive monthly and quarterly reports that summarize data findings and provide strategic recommendations to executive leadership.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related quantitative field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Experience: Minimum of 4-6 years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (advanced querying), Python or R, and data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker).
- Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift) and ETL processes.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical audiences; strong problem-solving abilities.
