Responsibilities
- Data Mining & Processing: Extract, clean, and transform large datasets from various sources using SQL and Python.
- Visual Analytics: Create compelling dashboards and reports in Tableau and Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for stakeholders.
- Statistical Analysis: Conduct in-depth statistical analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for business improvement.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Finance) to understand their data needs and provide tailored analytical support.
- Forecasting: Develop predictive models and forecasting tools to assist in strategic planning and resource allocation.
- Documentation: Maintain clear documentation of data pipelines, methodologies, and analytical processes to ensure transparency and reproducibility.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis or a similar analytical role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (Advanced), Python or R, and experience with visualization tools (Tableau or Power BI preferred).
- Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities and exceptional communication skills to translate technical findings into business recommendations.
- Tools: Familiarity with ETL tools, cloud data platforms (AWS/GCP), and version control systems (Git).
- Attention to Detail: Ability to work with large volumes of data with a high degree of accuracy.
