Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Cleaning: Gather, integrate, and clean large datasets from various sources to ensure accuracy and reliability for analysis.
- Statistical Analysis: Perform advanced statistical analysis and modeling to identify trends, correlations, and anomalies within the data.
- Visualization: Develop interactive dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau or Power BI to present findings clearly to stakeholders.
- Forecasting: Build predictive models to forecast future trends and support long-term business planning.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams (marketing, finance, operations) to understand business needs and translate them into analytical solutions.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of data pipelines, methodologies, and findings to ensure transparency and reproducibility.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL for querying databases and experience with Python or R for data manipulation.
- Tools: Strong working knowledge of data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.
