Responsibilities
- Data Strategy & Architecture: Design and implement scalable data pipelines to ensure high-quality data availability for analysis.
- Advanced Analytics: Perform complex statistical analysis and modeling to forecast trends and identify growth opportunities.
- Visualization: Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Merchandising, IT) to translate business questions into analytical solutions.
- Process Improvement: Identify gaps in current data processes and recommend best practices to enhance data governance and accuracy.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience: 4+ years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (Advanced), Python (Pandas/NumPy), and experience with cloud data warehouses (Snowflake/Redshift).
- Tools: Strong command of BI tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills to present complex findings to non-technical audiences.
