Responsibilities
- Analyze large-scale datasets using SQL, Python, and statistical modeling techniques to identify trends and opportunities
- Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Design and implement A/B testing frameworks to optimize product performance metrics
- Partner with business units to translate data findings into actionable recommendations
- Maintain data quality frameworks and automate reporting processes
- Present findings to leadership through compelling data narratives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive data analysis experience in corporate or tech environments
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas/NumPy), and data visualization tools
- Strong understanding of statistical methods and experimental design
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and big data technologies
- Proven ability to translate complex data into business strategies
- Excellent communication skills with executive stakeholders
