Responsibilities
- Drive Strategic Insights: Analyze complex data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities that influence business strategy and operational efficiency.
- Dashboard Creation: Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards (using Tableau or Power BI) to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for stakeholders.
- Data Cleaning & Modeling: Perform rigorous data cleaning, validation, and modeling to ensure the accuracy and integrity of reporting data.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with product, marketing, and engineering teams to define key questions and deliver data-driven solutions.
- Statistical Analysis: Conduct advanced statistical analysis and A/B testing to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and product features.
- Reporting & Communication: Present complex findings to non-technical audiences in a clear, concise, and compelling manner.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation; experience with Python or R for data analysis.
- Visualization Tools: Strong command of BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Analytical Mindset: Demonstrated ability to think critically, solve complex problems, and derive insights from unstructured data.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences.
