Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and transform large datasets from various sources to ensure accuracy and relevance.
- Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau and Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and operations, to identify business needs and data requirements.
- Perform complex statistical analysis and predictive modeling to forecast trends and support strategic initiatives.
- Maintain data governance protocols and ensure data security standards are met.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear, concise, and compelling manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating databases.
- Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
