Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain complex SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze large datasets
- Create interactive dashboards using Tableau/Power BI to visualize KPIs and trends
- Perform statistical analysis to identify business opportunities and mitigate risks
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define analytical requirements and deliver actionable reports
- Design A/B tests and experiments to validate hypotheses and optimize strategies
- Document processes and maintain data quality standards across all analytics projects
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience with SQL and Python/R
- Advanced proficiency in Tableau/Power BI and Excel pivot tables
- Strong statistical modeling knowledge (regression, clustering, time series)
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and data warehousing
- Proven ability to translate complex findings into business recommendations
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present to non-technical audiences
