Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and statistical methods to identify business opportunities
- Design and maintain automated reporting dashboards in Tableau/Power BI
- Partner with marketing and sales teams to measure campaign effectiveness and ROI
- Develop predictive models for customer behavior and inventory optimization
- Present insights to executive stakeholders through clear, data-driven narratives
- Lead data quality initiatives and implement best practices for data governance
- Mentor junior analysts and champion analytical excellence across departments
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field
- 5+ years of professional data analysis experience with retail/ecommerce focus
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and visualization tools
- Strong statistical modeling and A/B testing experience
- Proven ability to translate complex findings into business recommendations
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and data warehousing
- Excellent communication skills with ability to influence non-technical stakeholders
- Certification in Tableau or Google Analytics preferred
