Responsibilities
- Data Modeling & Architecture: Design and maintain scalable data warehouse schemas and ETL processes to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
- Visualization & Reporting: Create interactive dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau or PowerBI to monitor business performance and trends.
- Statistical Analysis: Conduct advanced statistical analysis and A/B testing to validate hypotheses and optimize business strategies.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with product managers and engineering teams to define data requirements and support product development.
- Automated Workflows: Develop Python and SQL scripts to automate data collection and reporting processes, increasing operational efficiency.
- Data Governance: Establish and enforce data quality standards and best practices across the organization.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Experience: Minimum of 4-6 years of professional experience in data analysis or data science.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and Python (Pandas, NumPy).
- Visualization: Expert-level experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker).
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate technical findings into clear, concise, and actionable business insights for non-technical audiences.
- Tools: Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and big data technologies (Hadoop/Spark) is a plus.
