Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end data pipelines using SQL and Python to automate reporting processes
- Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify trends, anomalies, and business opportunities
- Create interactive dashboards using Tableau/Power BI for executive decision-making
- Collaborate with product teams to define KPIs and track performance metrics
- Develop statistical models for forecasting and customer segmentation
- Present findings to non-technical stakeholders through clear visualizations and narratives
- Maintain data integrity through rigorous validation and quality checks
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis with proven portfolio of projects
- Expert proficiency in SQL (complex queries, joins, window functions)
- Strong Python skills with pandas, numpy, and visualization libraries
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and big data tools (Spark)
