Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and interpret complex datasets to identify trends and provide actionable insights for stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker to monitor key performance metrics.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define data requirements and improve data collection methodologies.
- Conduct statistical analyses and modeling to support business forecasting and risk assessment.
- Create clear, concise, and visually compelling reports and presentations for executive leadership.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security across all analytical systems.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation to enhance data workflows.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (writing complex queries, stored procedures, and joins).
- Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar).
- Experience with programming languages such as Python or R for data manipulation.
- Strong understanding of statistical analysis and data mining techniques.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
