The Role:
As a Senior Data Analyst, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify key performance indicators (KPIs), cleanse and model large datasets, and present complex data stories to stakeholders. Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain complex dashboards using Tableau and Power BI to visualize key business metrics.
- Extract, clean, and transform large datasets from multiple sources to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
- Conduct in-depth statistical analysis and forecasting to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities.
- Partner with marketing and operations teams to define data requirements and build predictive models.
- Document data pipelines, analytical methodologies, and ensure compliance with data governance standards.
- Present findings and actionable insights to senior leadership in a clear, concise, and persuasive manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Developer.
- Expert proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and Python (Pandas, NumPy).
- Strong experience with data visualization tools, specifically Tableau or Power BI.
- Experience with ETL processes and big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop) is a plus.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
