Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain robust data pipelines using SQL and Python to ensure clean, reliable datasets
- Create interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau and Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Conduct statistical analysis to identify market trends, customer behaviors, and operational inefficiencies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and track performance metrics
- Present findings to leadership through compelling visualizations and data narratives
- Optimize data collection methodologies to improve accuracy and reporting efficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of professional data analysis experience with proven portfolio
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas/NumPy), and advanced Excel functions
- Strong experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, D3.js)
- Deep understanding of statistical analysis and experimental design
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate complex data for non-technical audiences
- Certification in data analytics (e.g., Google Data Analytics, Microsoft Azure Data Engineer) a plus
