- Present findings to C-suite executives through compelling data narratives
- Maintain data integrity across multiple database systems

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis or BI roles
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and Python (Pandas, NumPy)
- Expertise in Tableau or Power BI visualization tools
- Strong statistical modeling experience with healthcare data
- Proven ability to translate complex data for non-technical audiences
- Certification in Google Analytics or AWS Data Analytics preferred
