Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end data pipelines using SQL, Python, and cloud technologies (AWS/Azure)
- Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations for executive stakeholders using Tableau/Power BI
- Conduct A/B tests and statistical analyses to optimize product features and marketing campaigns
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Maintain data integrity and governance frameworks for 100+ TB datasets
- Mentor junior analysts through our structured growth program
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years experience in data analytics with proven track record in SaaS/tech
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas/NumPy), and visualization tools
- Strong statistical modeling skills (regression, time series, hypothesis testing)
- Experience with cloud data warehouses (Snowflake/Redshift) and ETL processes
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate technical insights for non-technical audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating complex data projects with measurable business impact
