Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end data analysis pipelines using SQL, Python, and cloud platforms
- Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Conduct A/B testing and statistical modeling to optimize marketing campaigns and product features
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business questions into analytical frameworks
- Automate reporting processes to deliver real-time performance insights
- Maintain data integrity through rigorous validation and quality control protocols
- Present complex findings to non-technical audiences through compelling data narratives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive experience in data analysis or business intelligence roles
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and at least one visualization tool
- Proven track record of translating business requirements into technical solutions
- Strong statistical knowledge including hypothesis testing and regression analysis
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and data warehousing concepts
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate technical insights to diverse audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating impactful data-driven projects
