Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable ETL pipelines using SQL and Python
- Create interactive dashboards in Tableau for executive stakeholders
- Analyze A/B test results to optimize marketing campaigns
- Develop predictive models to forecast customer behavior trends
- Collaborate with product teams to translate data into product features
- Present findings to non-technical leadership with clear storytelling
- Maintain data governance frameworks and quality standards
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional data analysis experience
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and Tableau
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, or related field
- Proven experience with statistical analysis and hypothesis testing
- Strong business acumen with experience in SaaS or e-commerce
