Responsibilities
- Analyze large datasets using SQL, Python, and visualization tools to identify trends and opportunities
- Design and implement automated reporting dashboards using Tableau/Power BI
- Partner with stakeholders to define KPIs and track business performance metrics
- Develop statistical models for forecasting and scenario analysis
- Present findings to executive leadership through compelling data narratives
- Maintain data integrity and optimize database performance
- Mentor junior analysts and improve team analytical methodologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive data analysis experience with remote work background
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and R
- Advanced skills in Tableau or Power BI with portfolio of complex dashboards
- Strong statistical modeling and experimental design knowledge
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) data services
