Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end data pipelines using SQL, Python, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
- Develop advanced statistical models and machine learning algorithms for predictive analytics
- Translate complex datasets into actionable business insights for executive stakeholders
- Create interactive dashboards using Tableau/Power BI to visualize key performance metrics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize data collection and reporting processes
- Lead A/B testing initiatives and drive data-informed product decisions
- Maintain data integrity through rigorous validation and quality control protocols
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive experience in data analysis or data science roles
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and statistical modeling
- Strong portfolio demonstrating complex data visualization and dashboard creation
- Proven experience with cloud data warehouses (Redshift, BigQuery, Snowflake)
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present technical concepts to non-technical audiences

- Knowledge of machine learning frameworks (scikit-learn, TensorFlow) is highly desirable
