What You'll Do:
As a Senior Data Analyst, you will be the bridge between our technical teams and executive leadership. You will own our data infrastructure, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and accessibility. You will work in a fast-paced environment where your insights will directly influence product development and market strategy.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end data analysis process, from requirement gathering to final reporting.
- Develop complex SQL queries and scripts to extract and manipulate large datasets.
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI.
- Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement within the organization.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define data requirements and KPIs.
- Present data-driven insights and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear, compelling format.
- Ensure data quality and governance standards are met across all reporting tools.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of proven experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Redshift) and Python.
- Expert-level knowledge of data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Strong understanding of statistical analysis and A/B testing methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical jargon for non-technical audiences.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, agile software development environment.
