Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and statistical modeling to identify business opportunities and risks
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards in Tableau/Power BI for real-time performance monitoring
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and implement data-driven solutions
- Conduct A/B tests and predictive analysis to support product optimization initiatives
- Present findings to stakeholders through clear visualizations and actionable recommendations
- Automate reporting workflows using scripting languages to enhance efficiency
- Maintain data integrity through rigorous validation and quality assurance protocols
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis with proven success in tech or e-commerce
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and data visualization tools
- Strong statistical knowledge with experience in experimental design and hypothesis testing
