Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain automated data pipelines using SQL and Python to ensure seamless data integration across multiple sources
- Create compelling data visualizations and interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI to drive executive decision-making
- Conduct advanced statistical analysis and A/B testing to optimize marketing campaigns and operational efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical data solutions
- Present findings to stakeholders through clear, concise reports and presentations
- Implement data governance frameworks to ensure quality, security, and compliance with industry standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis with proven portfolio of impactful projects
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and at least one visualization tool (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong statistical knowledge with experience in hypothesis testing and regression analysis
- Experience working with large datasets in cloud environments (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
- Knowledge of Louisiana's business landscape and regulatory environment preferred
