Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and interpret complex data sets to identify trends and business opportunities.
- Design and develop dynamic dashboards using Tableau or Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define reporting requirements and translate business needs into technical specifications.
- Conduct statistical analysis and predictive modeling to forecast trends and support decision-making.
- Document data processes and maintain data integrity across various databases and systems.
- Present findings and strategic recommendations to executive leadership in a clear, concise manner.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL for data extraction, manipulation, and complex querying.
- Strong experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Experience with Python or R for data analysis and scripting is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
