Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and statistical modeling to identify business opportunities and trends
- Create compelling visualizations and dashboards using Tableau and Power BI to communicate insights to stakeholders
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to design and implement A/B tests and experiments
- Develop automated reporting systems to track KPIs and performance metrics
- Present findings to executive leadership through clear, data-driven narratives
- Identify data quality issues and implement solutions to ensure data integrity
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging analytics technologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 4+ years of professional data analysis experience with proven track record
- Expert proficiency in SQL and Python (Pandas, NumPy)
- Advanced skills in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Strong statistical knowledge and experimental design abilities
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex data for non-technical audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating analytical projects with measurable business impact
