Responsibilities
- Design and implement robust data pipelines using SQL and Python to automate reporting processes
- Develop interactive dashboards in Tableau/Power BI to visualize KPIs and performance metrics
- Conduct ad-hoc statistical analysis to identify trends and provide business recommendations
- Collaborate with product teams to define data requirements for feature development
- Present insights to executive stakeholders through clear data narratives
- Maintain data quality standards and ensure regulatory compliance (GDPR/CCPA)
- Mentor junior analysts on best practices in data visualization and storytelling
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of professional data analysis experience with SaaS or tech industry background
- Expert proficiency in SQL and Python (Pandas, NumPy)
- Advanced Tableau/Power BI certification with portfolio of complex dashboards
- Strong statistical modeling experience (regression, clustering, time series)
- Proven ability to translate technical findings for non-technical audiences
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and ETL tools
- Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end analytics projects
