Responsibilities
- Design and execute end-to-end data analysis projects using SQL, Python, and cloud platforms
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations with Tableau and Power BI for healthcare clients
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business questions into analytical frameworks
- Validate data integrity and implement robust quality control protocols
- Present findings to C-suite executives through compelling data narratives
- Lead A/B testing initiatives to optimize patient engagement metrics
- Maintain documentation for analytical methodologies and project deliverables
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of professional data analysis experience in healthcare or regulated industries
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and statistical modeling
- Advanced experience with Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js for data visualization
- Strong understanding of HIPAA compliance and healthcare data privacy standards
- Proven ability to translate complex insights into actionable business recommendations
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and data warehousing
