Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain complex SQL queries and ETL processes to support business intelligence needs.
- Visualize complex datasets into interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI to track KPIs and performance metrics.
- Conduct in-depth statistical analysis and A/B testing to optimize product features and marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and translate business questions into analytical models.
- Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement within the organization.
- Present findings and recommendations to executive leadership in a clear, concise, and compelling manner.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst, Business Intelligence Analyst, or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and Python or R for data manipulation.
- Experience creating visualizations with Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Familiarity with cloud data warehouses (AWS Redshift, Google BigQuery) is a plus.
