Responsibilities
- Perform complex data analysis: Clean, validate, and interpret large datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for growth.
- Develop Dashboards: Create intuitive and interactive dashboards using Tableau or Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for stakeholders.
- Statistical Modeling: Build predictive models and statistical analyses to forecast trends and support strategic planning.
- Report Generation: Produce clear, concise, and actionable weekly and monthly reports summarizing data findings and insights.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work directly with product managers and engineering teams to define data requirements and improve data collection processes.
- Data Governance: Ensure data integrity and compliance with company standards and industry best practices.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and experience with Python or R.
- Visualization: Strong experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into simple business insights for non-technical audiences.
