We're seeking a dynamic Senior Data Analyst to drive strategic decision-making for our Fortune 500 clients in Nashville's thriving tech corridor. This immediate opening offers hybrid work flexibility with 3 days in our downtown Nashville office and 2 remote days per week.
Our ideal candidate will leverage advanced analytical techniques to uncover market trends, optimize operational efficiency, and present compelling data narratives to C-suite executives. You'll work with cutting-edge technologies including Snowflake, Tableau, and Python to solve complex business challenges in healthcare, finance, and retail sectors.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end data pipelines using SQL, Python, and ETL tools
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau/Power BI
- Conduct statistical analysis to identify market opportunities and risks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into analytical solutions
- Present findings to stakeholders through compelling data narratives and executive summaries
- Maintain data integrity through rigorous quality assurance protocols
- Lead ad-hoc analytical projects with 48-hour turnaround requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive data analysis experience with proven ROI impact
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and visualization tools
- Strong statistical modeling and hypothesis testing capabilities
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and big data technologies
- Certification in Tableau or Power BI (required)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ impactful data-driven projects
