Responsibilities
- Data Modeling & Architecture: Design and maintain complex data models and ETL pipelines to ensure data accuracy and integrity across the organization.
- Visualization: Create intuitive, interactive dashboards in Tableau and PowerBI to provide real-time insights to executive leadership.
- Performance Analysis: Conduct deep-dive analyses on business performance metrics, identifying trends, anomalies, and opportunities for optimization.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Finance, Operations) to understand their data needs and deliver tailored analytical solutions.
- Automation: Develop Python scripts to automate reporting processes, reducing manual workload and increasing efficiency.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience: 4+ years of proven experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or data science roles.
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and experience with cloud data warehouses (Snowflake, AWS Redshift).
- Tools: Strong working knowledge of visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI) and scripting languages (Python or R).
- Communication: Excellent ability to translate complex data findings into clear, concise, and actionable recommendations for non-technical audiences.
