Key Responsibilities:
- Data Mining & Analysis: Extract, clean, and analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business improvement.
- Dashboard Creation: Design and develop interactive dashboards using Tableau or Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for stakeholders.
- Statistical Modeling: Build predictive models and perform statistical analysis to support forecasting and strategic planning.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions.
- Report Generation: Create detailed reports and presentations summarizing findings, ensuring data accuracy and clarity.
- Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies in data workflows and recommend automation strategies to improve productivity.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R. Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) is highly preferred.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot data issues and derive meaningful conclusions.
- Tools: Familiarity with cloud data platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) is a plus.
