Responsibilities
- Data Mining & Preparation: Extract, clean, and transform complex datasets from various sources to ensure high data quality and integrity for analysis.
- Dashboard Development: Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau and Power BI to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics.
- Statistical Analysis: Conduct deep-dive analyses, regression modeling, and predictive analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies that impact business performance.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with marketing, finance, and operations teams to define data requirements, interpret findings, and present actionable insights through clear reports.
- SQL & ETL: Write complex SQL queries and build ETL pipelines to support automated reporting and data warehousing needs.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst, Business Intelligence Analyst, or similar role.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and scripting languages such as Python or R.
- Visualization: Strong experience with visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into understandable business insights.
