Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and BI tools to uncover trends and patterns
- Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau/Power BI
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs and reporting frameworks
- Design and implement A/B tests to validate hypotheses and optimize performance

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence roles

- Strong statistical knowledge and experimental design expertise
