Responsibilities
- Analyze large datasets using SQL, Python, and Tableau to identify trends and opportunities
- Develop interactive dashboards and KPI tracking systems for executive leadership
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to optimize campaign performance
- Create data-driven reports and present findings to non-technical stakeholders
- Implement A/B testing frameworks to validate business hypotheses
- Automate reporting processes to improve team efficiency

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience with SQL and Python
- Advanced proficiency in Tableau or Power BI visualization tools
- Strong statistical analysis and experimental design skills
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and ETL processes
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate complex data
- Portfolio demonstrating impactful data-driven projects
- Experience in B2B SaaS or tech industry strongly preferred
