- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate data findings into actionable recommendations
- Lead A/B testing initiatives for new product features and clinical protocols
- Document methodologies and maintain data governance standards
- Mentor junior analysts on best practices in data visualization and statistical analysis
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience with healthcare or SaaS data
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and Tableau
- Strong statistical knowledge (regression, hypothesis testing, time-series analysis)
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and ETL processes
