Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and visualization tools to uncover business trends and opportunities
- Develop and maintain automated reporting dashboards in Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Design and implement A/B testing frameworks to measure marketing campaign effectiveness
- Collaborate with product teams to define KPIs and track performance metrics
- Create predictive models to forecast sales, customer behavior, and operational efficiency
- Present findings to leadership through clear, compelling data narratives and visualizations
- Ensure data integrity across systems through rigorous validation protocols
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience with SQL and Python
- Advanced proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker)
- Strong statistical analysis skills and experience with experimental design
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and data warehousing
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical insights for non-technical audiences
