Responsibilities
- Data Mining & Analysis: Extract, clean, and analyze large datasets from various sources to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities for growth.
- Dashboard Creation: Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for stakeholders.
- Statistical Modeling: Build predictive models and statistical analyses to forecast business outcomes and support strategic planning.
- Reporting: Generate comprehensive reports and presentations that translate complex data findings into clear, actionable insights for executive leadership.
- Process Improvement: Collaborate with IT and operations teams to improve data pipelines and ensure data quality and integrity across the organization.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as a subject matter expert, presenting data-driven recommendations to cross-functional teams and department heads.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related analytical role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL for complex querying and data manipulation; strong experience with Python or R for data scripting.
- Visualization Tools: Expert knowledge of Tableau, Power BI, or similar BI tools.
- Microsoft Office: Advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUP, PivotTables, and macros.
- Soft Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.
