The Role
As a Senior Data Analyst, you will own the data pipeline, design compelling visualizations, and mentor junior analysts. We value curiosity and precision, and we are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and preprocess large datasets to ensure accuracy and integrity for analysis.
- Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using tools like Tableau and Power BI to communicate key findings to stakeholders.
- Perform statistical analysis and predictive modeling to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for business optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, finance, and operations, to translate data insights into actionable strategies.
- Document data pipelines and analysis methodologies to maintain transparency and reproducibility.
- Conduct A/B testing and performance tracking to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and product features.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar role.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating relational databases.
- Strong experience with Python or R for data manipulation and scripting.
