Responsibilities
- Analyze large datasets using SQL, Python, and R to identify market trends and business opportunities
- Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Design and implement A/B testing frameworks to optimize product performance
- Collaborate with engineering teams to improve data collection and quality pipelines
- Present findings to leadership with clear recommendations and data-driven narratives
- Lead ad-hoc analysis projects supporting marketing, operations, and product strategy
- Maintain documentation of methodologies and analytical frameworks
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 4+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence roles
- Expert proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language (Python/R)
- Advanced skills in data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong statistical modeling and experimental design knowledge
