Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and R to identify business opportunities and risks
- Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Design and implement A/B tests to validate product hypotheses and optimize conversion rates
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate analytical findings into actionable strategies
- Maintain data integrity through rigorous validation protocols and documentation practices
- Present insights to senior leadership through compelling visual storytelling and data narratives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of professional data analysis experience with financial services or SaaS industry
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas/NumPy), and statistical modeling
- Advanced Tableau/Power BI skills with portfolio of enterprise-level dashboards
- Strong business acumen with ability to translate technical insights into commercial impact
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and data warehousing solutions
- Certification in Google Analytics, Tableau, or similar analytics platform
