Responsibilities
- Perform in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights that drive business growth.
- Design and maintain complex dashboards using tools like Tableau and Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Engineering) to translate complex data requirements into clear visualizations.
- Ensure data integrity through rigorous quality checks and validation processes across multiple databases.
- Build automated reporting pipelines to streamline reporting workflows and reduce manual data entry.
- Conduct statistical modeling to forecast future trends and support strategic planning initiatives.
- Document data processes and create technical specifications for data models and schemas.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or similar role in a tech environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (writing complex queries), Python or R, and data visualization tools (Tableau/PowerBI).
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Tools: Experience with ETL processes and big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop) is a plus.
- Flexibility: Ability to work hybrid (Tampa, FL) or remotely across Georgia and Florida.
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy when handling large datasets.
