Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable data models using SQL, Python, and cloud platforms
- Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations with Tableau/Power BI
- Conduct A/B tests and statistical analysis to optimize product features
- Present findings to executive stakeholders through compelling data narratives
- Maintain data quality pipelines and automate reporting workflows
- Mentor junior analysts and champion data literacy across departments
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis or BI roles
- Expert proficiency in SQL and Python (Pandas, NumPy)
- Advanced knowledge of statistical analysis and experimental design
- Proven experience with data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong business acumen and communication skills
- Experience in SaaS or e-commerce analytics is highly desirable
