Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and R to identify trends and business opportunities
- Create compelling data visualizations using Tableau and Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Develop predictive models to forecast market behavior and optimize business strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate analytical insights into actionable recommendations
- Design and maintain automated reporting systems to track KPIs and performance metrics
- Present findings to leadership through clear, concise reports and presentations

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience with proven track record
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and statistical analysis tools
- Advanced skills in data visualization platforms (Tableau, Power BI, D3.js)
- Strong business acumen with ability to translate technical findings into strategic insights
