Responsibilities
- Design and implement complex ETL pipelines using Python and SQL
- Develop interactive dashboards in Tableau for executive stakeholders
- Perform statistical analysis and A/B testing for product optimization
- Collaborate with engineering teams to implement data-driven solutions
- Create predictive models using machine learning algorithms
- Present findings to C-suite executives with actionable recommendations
- Maintain data quality frameworks and governance protocols
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in data analytics or business intelligence
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and Tableau
- Advanced knowledge of statistical analysis and hypothesis testing
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) data services
- Strong background in data visualization and storytelling
- Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or related field
- Proven ability to translate technical insights for non-technical audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating complex data projects
