Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Develop and maintain automated reporting dashboards for executive stakeholders
- Identify business opportunities through statistical modeling and predictive analytics
- Collaborate with product teams to translate findings into actionable product enhancements
- Present findings to leadership through compelling data narratives
- Maintain data integrity and governance standards across all analytics projects
- Mentor junior analysts and promote best practices in data analysis
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience in a tech environment
- Expert proficiency in SQL and Python (Pandas, NumPy)
- Advanced experience with data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong statistical analysis and A/B testing capabilities
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and data warehousing
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts
- Portfolio demonstrating impactful data-driven projects
